METHOD FOR CHICKEN⬇️
•Dice up 650g chicken breast and add to a bowl
•Add 2tbsp dark soy sauce, 1tbsp white wine vinegar, juice of a lemon, 1tsp chilli flakes, 2tbsp granulated sweetener and 1tsp garlic granules to the chicken and give it a good mix
•Put in the fridge for at least 30 mins
•After 30 mins place on a baking tray and cook for 30-40 mins on 180 degrees
•Split between 4 and enjoy 🥰
