Tried a new recipe today for cheesy spuds. Rather than using butter and grated cheese I swapped it for Philadelphia light so I still got the cheese taste without the added calories🙌🏽

BREAKDOWN OF CALORIES⬇️
•247g baking potato (191 cals)
•2 bacon medallions (63 cals)
•23g red onion (8 cals)
•45g Philadelphia light (67 cals)
•10ml skimmed milk (4 cals)
•10g cheese (33 cals)

TO SERVE⬇️
•13g mixed leaf salad (3 cals)
•6g baby spinach (1 cal)
•7g red onion (3 cals)
•57g reduced fat coleslaw (61 cals)

METHOD⬇️
•Put a jacket potato in to cook & cook 2 bacon medallions
•Once cooked, cut in half and scoop the potato into a bowl.
•Add your milk and Philadelphia cheese and give it a good mix
•Add onion and bacon to the bowl
•Give another mix and scoop back into the potato skins
•Add extra cheese on top
