This is such a yummy but filling low calorie meal! So easy to make and doesn’t disappoint 😍

METHOD⬇️
•Mix the yoghurt, lemon juice, soy sauce and tandoori mix in a bowl.
•Dice the chicken and add it to the mix and leave to marinade in the fridge for around 2 hours.
•Place in the oven for around 30 mins and then serve with whatever you like!

FOR THE CHICKEN:
•63g greek yoghurt (35 cals)
•5g tandoori spice (18 cals)
•half a lemon juice (10 cals)
•4ml light soy sauce (2 cals)
•108g chicken breast (114 cals)

TO SERVE:
•1 wholemeal pitta (147 cals)
•40g greek yoghurt (22 cals)
•20g mini poppadoms (100 cals)
•9g baby spinach (2 cals)
•35g red onion (20 cals)
