CHILLI METHOD (serves 4)⬇️
•Add 500g mince, 1tbsp garlic purée and 1 white onion to a pan to brown
•Add 500ml beef stock and 250g passata to the mince
•Season with 1 tbsp oregano, 2 tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp curry powder , 1 tbsp paprika, 1/2 tsp chilli powder
•Boil and then simmer for 30 mins / until desired thickness
