Ahi Tuna Ceviche 🌿

In a large combine :
12 ounces of cubed Sushi Grade Ahi Tuna
1/2 diced cucumber
1/2 diced mango
1 Tbsp diced cilantro
1 Tbsp diced chives
4-5 fresh sliced jalapeños
2 limes (juiced)
1 diced avocado
1 Tbsp black & white sesame seeds

In a separate bowl combine:
3 Tbsp coconut aminos
2 Tsp wasabi paste
1 Tsp fish oil
2 Tsp sesame oil
.
Mix well & add to the bowl of ahi. Mix again & sprinkle additional cilantro & sesame seeds all over. Then refrigerate for 10-15 minutes & then serve with sietefoods sea salt chips!
