An easy & healthy breakfast that will impress! These are low carb but high in protein & fat, and will leave you satiated!

To make them, start by slicing your avocados in half & taking out the seeds. Scrape out a little avocado of each half so the cracked egg will for inside.

Next, make a nest out of aluminum foil for each avocado half & carefully cracked each egg into the avocado half that has been slightly hollowed out. Season the egg with salt, pepper, paprika & chili flakes.

Bake the eggs for about 20 minutes or until the yolk is to your liking. When they are finished garnish them with your favorite toppings. I sprinkled diced tomatoes, cilantro, feta cheese on them & then drizzled hot sauce over them.
