Chickpea Pasta Salad 🤩

Everyone will love this healthy pasta salad! It’s a great dish to bring to a barbecue or to meal prep for the week! It’s high in protein, lower in carbs & so easy to make! Follow the deets below to make it!

Dice 4 Bell peppers (green, yellow, orange & red)
Dice a large container of cherry tomatoes in half (about 1.5 pounds)
Dice 1 jar of banana peppers
Dice 1 large jar of Kalamata olives
Finely dice 1/4 cup of parsley
Drain & Rinse 2 cans of chickpeas
Cook 1 box of eatbanza chickpea pasta. Drain & cool.

Add all the ingredients to a bowl & top with 8 ounces of feta cheese & 1/2 cup of primalkitchenfoods Greek dressing. Toss until the salad is completely mixed. Top with extra parsley & serve!
