Friday Night Dinner Vibes 🍜
Looking for an easy dinner recipe that tastes like take out? Try these Spicy Peanut Thai Noodles! Dinner will be ready in less than 30 minutes & you’ll definitely be satisfied!
To make them you’ll need:
1 package of thin rice noodles by A Taste of Thai
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
2 1/2 Tbsp choczero maple syrup
2 Tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp grated ginger
2 Tbsp fresh grated garlic
3 Tbsp liquid aminos
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp sesame oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine all the ingredients for the peanut sauce in a bowl & whisk until smooth. Meanwhile, boil the noodles on the stovetop.
Once the noodles are done, drain & lightly rinse. Then place the noodles & the sauce back into the empty pot & mix until the noodles are completely covered in sauce.
Then load your plate up with a pile of noodles & top with your favorite sautéed veggies or protein & enjoy! ☺️
