Start your week with this vegan & sugar free no bake cookie dough. You can enjoy these little bites as a dessert or a post workout snack! Throw them in the freezer & add them to your favorite ice cream too! Save this recipe & make them for yourself!

In a bowl combine; 3 cups of almond flour, 2 cups of unsweetened shredded coconut, 6 Tbsp of lakanto monk fruit maple syrup, 1 tsp of coconut oil, 2 Tsp vanilla extract, 3 Tbsp of sugar free chocolate chips or cacao nibs & a dash of salt. Mix well & then take about a tablespoon of the dough & roll it into a ball. Refrigerate the balls for at least an hour & enjoy!
