These Korean chicken skewers are for my spicy food lovers! I was inspired by my friend ninjacue to make these! I am obsessed with Korean spices, so I knew I had to recreate these!

Here’s how I made them:
.
In a large bowl combine:
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup gochujang paste
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 Tsp salt & 2 Tsp pepper
3 Tbsp swervesweetie granular sugar (you can use regular sugar)
2 cloves of minced garlic

Once the glaze has been mixed, put aside 1/3 cup (you’re going to use this to glaze over the chicken while on the grill)
.
Next take 2.5 lbs of boneless skinless chicken thighs that have been cut for skewers & marinate them in the sauce for at least 2 hours (overnight is always better)
.
When the chicken has marinaded, place them on the skewers & grill on the bbq! While they are grilling continue to baste the chicken in extra glaze every 5-7 minutes . Once the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165Β° you can take the chicken off the grill.

Place the skewers on a plate & sprinkle grilled scallions & toasted sesame seeds all over & serve!
