Jalapeño Chicken Burgers 🌶

Get the grill ready! These burgers are going to be on repeat all summer long! They make a great meal prep option too. Serve them with this zesty mint yogurt dip for extra deliciousness!

To make the burger combine;
2 lbs of raw chicken breasts-
that have been diced then minced in the food processor
2 Tbsp of finely diced mint
1 tsp of finely diced cilantro
1 tsp of finely diced basil
1 tsp I finely diced parsley
2 Tbsp of tapioca flour
1/4 cup of almond flour
1 finely diced fresh jalapeño
1/4 cup diced white onions
1 egg
1 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Mix until the ingredients are well combined. Form patties with your hands & grill on the stovetop or the grill until cooked all the way through (about 5 minutes each side) then heat them in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350°. Cool then serve!

To make the yogurt spread combine;
1 cup Greek yogurt
2 Tsp finely diced mint
1 tsp finely diced parsley
A squeeze of lime
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 Tsp salt

Mix with a spoon & refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
