Shrimp Ceviche 🍤

What else says summer like fresh seafood? Impress your guests with this delicious ceviche! Instead of traditional chips, I served mine with jalapeño cheese
chips!

Here’s what you need to make it:
1 pound cooked shrimp (peeled & deveined)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup lime juice
Splash of orange juice
4 plum tomatoes (seeds removed & diced)
2 fresh jalapeños (seeds removed & diced)
1/2 cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
1/4 cup red onion (diced)
2 Tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt & pepper

Start by cutting your shrimp 1/2 inch pieces & place into a bowl. Pour the lemon, lime & orange juice over the shrimp & marinate it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Next, add in the tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeños & onions. Mix well & let it marinate for another 15 minutes.

Then add in your garlic powder, salt & pepper. Mix well & serve with chips!

Let me know how your guests liked this one! I served mine in mini martini glasses so each guests had their individual serving! This was such a hit!
