S’more Muffins 🔥

A fun summer recipe you & your family will love! The best part about this recipe is the healthy spin on it! The muffins are made from all natural ingredients & are so easy to make!

I used the viral chocolate baked oats recipe & transformed them into muffins! Then made them into s’mores using my culinaryjochef kitchen torch! Follow the steps below to make them!

To make it combine; 1 banana, 1 cup of oats & 2 eggs in a blender. Blend on high. Add in 2 Tbsp of artisanaorganics cashew butter, 2 Tbsp of choczero maple syrup, 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 Tbsp cacao powder, 1/2 Tsp baking powder, pinch of sea salt & dash of cinnamon. Blend on high. (Makes 6 muffins)

Transfer batter into muffin pan & bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°. When they are done, let them cool for 3-5 minutes then stick a chocolate square diagonally into the muffin and top with half of a jumbo marshmallow. Toast the marshmallow with a kitchen torch or make the muffins for an additional 5 minutes. (If you don’t have a kitchen torch make sure to enter my giveaway on my page!
