What’s more classic than Angel food cake? These mini Angel food bundt cakes are just what your 4th of July party needs!
Here’s what you’ll need to make them:
(This will make 4 mini Bundt cakes or 1 large one)
1 3/4 cup granulated sugar (you can replace with swerve for a sugar free option)
1 cup + 2 Tbsp cake flour
1/4 Tsp salt
12 egg whites (room temperature)
1 1/2 Tsp cream of tartar
1 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
1 container of lite whipped cream
Strawberries, Blueberries & fresh mint
